The squat clinic I attended focused on fundamental squat mobility and how unique individual anatomy impacts squat form. The objective was to improve my squat for optimal performance. It’s good to check-in occasionally and tweak form on key olympic lifting movements.

The bigger question is why are there so many women are having issues with the most basic fundamental things our bodies are made to do? Don’t quote me on this but I was once told that in high stress environments a woman’s body protects itself by shutting down her period and limiting her ability to reproduce. Could it be an old wives tale or is it that our environment too hostile for reproduction? Is this nature telling us something? Did we do this? I'm just asking questions.
We have to change the way homes are built then. Ban small window homes.
