Find joy in the small things.

Let go of what you cannot control but don't be oblivious of the impact of your words and actions. If you've made mistakes, take responsibility, seek to make amends, and strive for growth, keeping by your side only those who reciprocate accountability.
Appreciate the people who genuinely love you—don't let pride or a damaged ego push them away.
Trust that things can improve.
Having a roof over our heads and food on our plates is already a privilege, but what's important varies from person to person. While there's a lot of misguided pressure for positivity these days, we must recognize that we are nobody to dictate others' feelings or decide what should be a big deal to them. However, one thing is certain: life can strike unpredictably, putting our concerns and worries in perspective.
Regularly check on your friends and family; you never truly know whose lives you may be touching, and reach out for support when you need it, as you'd be surprised who may positively impact yours.
Cherish the small victories, and never forget that you are stronger than you think.
