The reason I have holes in my shoes is either nobody wants to know. I can only put that down to the number of charlatans out there dazzling the world with technical brilliance. Some waving crystals, others building universities and dining out at huge public expense, making every problem sound difficult. Who's going to believe people like me, with holes in our shoes? But haven't we learned in the last few years medical science is largely full of shit?
No, I don't know your cat. And far be it from me to make presumptions. I'm saying nothing about your cat, only rolling my eyes at vets. But I have spent two decades in human clinical practice solving or relieving a wide variety of complex problems, including asthma, avoiding drugs and medical fatalism. And certain patterns become clear. Asthma isn't normal animal physiology, or even human physiology. Like so many human diseases, there has been a big effort to normalise them, and true efforts to solve them are scoffed at. "You can't do that - the doctor says it's got a long name!". Well, yes you sometimes can, and I have, many times. The lady who cured her rabbit of myxomatosis with my help would agree. The vet confirmed the diagnosis, was going to destroy the pet, and she came to me as a last resort.
Thanks, not all of that I follow. But what strikes me is at some point it will come back to deniability, and willingness to deny. Bitcoin? What Bitcoin? Well you spent money on bitcoin, so where is it? And if it wasn't bitcoin, on what did you spend the money? Well, I don't have to tell you, you have to tell me. And be willing to do so on pain of audit, interrogation, house search, dragging ones name through the papers and so on. The technical side is the easy part - lost my Ledger LOL.
The vet thinks she has asthma. I just think sheβs lazy. https://nostr.build/av/edce0ff603f47abb25c3472f581e348932fd32d484e74a8738ba341463b20214.mov
Asthma, really? Sounds like post feline-vaccination repeat business generation syndrome to me.
Iris on firefox, would you believe. I can't be bothered keeping up. The internet is here to serve me, not the other way around LOL.
He's not even wearing a hi viz vest.
So you're thinking about securing some forward privacy after buying KYC sats on a VEX. If you're going deep cold storage for the long term, it shouldn't be an issue, but if you're planning to interact with services you might want to reconsider

How about simply using a regular Bitcoin mixer to send your own funds to a secret wallet (ie. one on a separate computer behind a VPN that's never received coins from an exchange and that has no history or trail back to anything else you've ever done openly with bitcoin), and then spending the coins from there, or else via another single use wallet?
Ha! Reminds me of the scene in a 1970s cop movie where I take the chance to go out for a pee.
Only one question: is it actually decentralised or is it DINO?
Finally! Got a full node running at last on a FREE computer literally found at the roadside!
[OK not completely free - I had to buy a 2nd hand 2TB hard drive].
Next stop - Lightning!

Don't you wish they weren't?
Ah yes, poor Sadiq, the victim - misunderstood like so many politicians...
So you've created your seed phrase and now it's sitting on a piece of paper, hardly great for long-term storage, so what do you do to keep it safe? Try some of these safety measures to keep long fingers off your sats

Border Wallet seems like the way to go.
Hmmmm sounds like they're throwing him under the bus for some reason.
And why is it coming out now?
Completely. There are folks out there in every business with an answer for everything. But if they were building bridges they would fall down.
