Ok. So this is what I’ve gathered since joining the Nostr world so far. And pls help me better understand if I’m wrong.

(All of this is said in my wording. Not quoted from anywhere)

Nostr is the main hub line.

The clients (apps or websites) are like access points that people can use to access the Nostr media.

If I say something or post something or reply to anyone it goes to the Nostr main hub line and can be seen from every client that is hooked to Nostr.

If you’re new to Nostr and you haven’t added a LNURL to your profile (so that the ⚡️ appears), just download Wallet of Satoshi, hit “receive” and then select “Lightning Address” and copy it — then paste to the appropriate field in “edit profile” in your Nostr client (Damus, etc). Then everyone can send you sats ⚡️

Make sure to grab the static address (LNURL) rather than the invoice (lnbc…) like this:

Also it's not like S9s generate that much bitcoin per day. My rewards for yesterday were 10K sats.

I earn more bitcoin via Zaps on Nostr than I do mining with my 3 Antminer S9s. Those S9s do heat my house though.
