I hear artists in documentaries talk about this all the time. How things like "death clauses" are abused to capture the artist. Lots of artist refer to stuff like this as making deals with the devil in their music. That industry sounds insane.

I don't think there is a need for a PR. Can use one of the closest matching Kind's or a custom one if you prefer to minimize other clients from catching the events: https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nips/blob/master/16.md. Will probably end up needing to build a custom relay tho
