that is incredible to think about. adoption is so much slower than I would have thought

you could be right. like, we were at 70 so recently, to say that we never again go below 100 is way too optimistic imo

not again, still. 100 is not the moon.

#askNostr what are some top hashtags on here? better yet, where can I look that up?

Debating whether to long here.

In the end, I don't think so. Even if it goes up, it's too risky for me. Selling at 101. 15m looks like it might start free falling. I expect us to go up and down across 100 a few times, to slaughter both, the bulls AND the bears. #bitcoin

#askNostr best relay setup. Go.

Lending and borrowing at interest are already happening with DeFi. The interest rate on bitcoin is tiny. The trick is that you have to repay in bitcoin. Few people want to take the risk having to pay double in fiat terms.

He did however bring up a query about how credit would work on a #BTC standard. My response is fundamentally credit doesn’t work in a deflationary environment. After a few beers and crossed eyes, I still stand by this statement. But is there a possibility for credit on a Bitcoin standard in your view? I can’t see how it works?

What do you mean by credit? Lending and borrowing are big on DeFi.

They have created a parallel universe of mental constructs. So much so that when they see reality, they are bewildered by it.

Are the signing extensions only for web apps? What about phone apps? Does the phone app store your private key locally and sign things, acting like a signing extension?

#askNostr Why do many clients say that logging in with the private key is not secure, and some, like Coracle, don't even allow it? Isn't the private key transmitted over HTTPS, just like any password? What is insecure?

just what I needed!
