This morning I woke up with this thought in my head 👇

It is paradoxical how we humans are:

We grow more through pain than through joy.

Negative experiences force us to change, to evolve, to look inside ourselves. Positive experiences, on the other hand, we often just live through without asking ourselves too many questions.

It's an ancient mechanism: survival meant learning from our wounds.

But today, sometimes, it would be nice to evolve even just thanks to what makes us feel good.

Perhaps the real challenge is this: learning to transform happiness into growth as well.
