My father, finally recovering from long COVID after being infected this past January, slipped while getting on his e-bike and has torn a tendon. It sucks. I worry about him.
Apropos of nothing in particular:
The word "sexualize" means to apply a sexual lens to a person who didn't want to be treated or perceived in a sexual way
The word "objectify" means to treat a person as an object
It is impossible for a person to "sexualize herself" or to "objectify herself"
Therefore you can safely, immediately dismiss anyone who's talking about this or that woman (it's almost always a woman) "sexualizing herself" or "objectifying herself"

Well! I did aerial yoga and I quite like it. The silliness of hanging and swinging from a giant loop of silk is a good inoculant against the annoying self-righteous over-seriousness that plagues too many yoga studios
And I feel like it's done a lot for my core muscles, allowing me to practice inversions without pushing my strength farther than is comfortable (or safe!)
