Load 42 new posts today was less painful, no duplicates, but it was also not very informative. Made it down to my last comment on this and saw the replies I had missed. Refreshing the page gets a sane listing after (not sure if the show new post button needs clicked first). New complaint: Every time I click anything and go back, it scrolls to the top. I can't read the old stuff or get back to where I was. This is probably already a todo item, but I figure it's worth mentioning. Also, saw Bitcoin Jason in my feed, clicked on his profile, and it only showed Anon. Seems odd that (presumably Jeremy) shows up as "SuperAnon" but I assume that's intentional given the profile picture. The Anon profile from the Bitcoin Jason link just had an A, so presumably the profile failed to load or something? Refresh didn't help, may not have been a hard refresh. Difficult to find again due to the scrolling issues I'm reporting here.
Just loaded BChat and clicked the "184 new posts" notification at the top of where I was in the feed last time. Afterwards, I scrolled down until I felt like I was down far enough to hopefully be able to "catch up." Scrolling up showed each tier of each post as a top level post, so 3rd tier posts were seen as second tier and first tier during the scrolling. If this is adjustable in the settings, the default should probably be changed. Otherwise, consideration may be necessary regarding how this should look, because it makes the "show only posts and not replies" option that I saw discussed sound very enticing. Incidentally, it kinda feels like reddit in a not bad way, so while I don't mind the expanded look being default, I guess I might actually prefer to expand on my own even if the expanded look is improved. Could probably pre-load comments even if they aren't displayed...
Loaded today after ~2 day absence, saw a show new posts button, no way to see posts between new and old posts after clicking.
I was seeing translate on posts that didn't need it before, now it's missing from some that do need it.

Replies are showing up as posts in profile. Is that expected? Also, I'm just going to go ahead and say it, Twitter got rid of the 300 character limit years ago. I'm sure some limit is necessary, but is 300 really productive? I'm assuming it's not a nostr thing.
Nice update, viewport change didn't automatically apply to existing instances, presumably shouldn't've. White bars on either side of BChat screen in dark mode. Possible to navigate away and lose composed post. BChat Cache cache max age setting works, looks disabled in dark mode (didn't check light).
@BitcoinCashPodcast I hit like on this and the tip amount changed under both this reply and the OP at the beginning of the thread...
And the notification for this reply eventually showed up, but only 14 minutes later while an anon like notification showed up when this reply was posted...

Also, it might not be too steep as an anti-spam measure in the "first world" which covers Selene devs and may be how anti-spam measures have to be targeted regardless.
I agree, but I guess it makes it enough that replies are meaningful. Could be well thought out. Also, I might've been more thrown off by the number of sats, which could consume more than an entire low-tier fusion output, but even that is less than what it would've been if BCH price were lower.
I assume you saw the bug report at the end of that last post. Also, as a reply to myself, I paid only myself, but presumably that's intentional or at least works out for practically free threads (assuming it doesn't get abused)? Notification for "custom tip" by that reply said it was anon, though...
What I really want to know is how my identity is linked. Guessing it's not based on BCH address at the tx level, this post will confirm that. Curious about impersonation detection and transfer to live wallet post-app-inclusion. I can't use the down arrow while composing in Firefox 147 on macOS...
Never touched memo, not sure if I was out of the loop or disinterested. Read won't load for me anymore, may be my DNS filter, but I haven't investigated. Noise is pretty much dead, probably lack of people connections. This looks interesting, posting to see my tx, but my deposit might not cut it...
