It's been 19 months since @greenpeaceusa claimed they want to help "clean up Bitcoin" by moving away from Proof of Work.
19 months and they have yet to submit a Bitcoin Improvement Proposal.
Shoulda spent some of that $5M of Ripple money on an engineer.
