I'm currently exploring street photography with my 50mm lens and I love it because, being a fixed lens, it reduces the friction of thinking about whether or not to zoom. Over time, you quickly get used to the kind of photos you can take with a 50mm and you instinctively know whether to get closer or farther away from what you want to photograph. So I simply leave the camera configured and when I see a nice scene, I take a photo.

Then I went to one of the city's main squares, a popular meeting spot. To my surprise, it was almost empty, and I saw another homeless sleeping on one of the benches:

And I saw two homeless people sleeping under the church's roof. I wanted to photograph them because the way they were covered made them look lifeless, but they were just asleep.
