It is not a surprise news that Thailand Revenue Department will change the rule of income taxes that is generated out of Thailand.

Nowadays, Thai investors do not have more investment in Thailand Stock Exchange but have increasingly directed investment in other counties such as ETF & Single Stock in NYXE because Thailand economy will not growth anymore in their opinion.

Now, If investors move income that is generated out of Thailand in 2022 to Thailand Banking system in 2023 then they will not pay income taxes from the investment’s income.

Because of Thailand Fiscal’s deficit. Gov wants more taxes to use in their popularism’s policies and changes the taste of investors to prefer invest in Thailand.

Nevertheless, We are able to assume that Gov has more discrimination on Us because Gov would cut our choices to step up Our status in the society by the limitation of investment.
