that's the issue I think may be happening. They've received zaps but unable to zap another account. But they've moved to a Primal wallet now.

Onboarded @flash and @notyxseen to NOSTR and their first Lightning Wallets. currently using the Primal wallet because having an issue with allowing them send zaps.
