Truth. #bitcoin

EU friends of mine don't see a point in studying Bitcoin, they act like 'it's for criminals' and are probably afraid to do 'illegal' things, they forgot the point of saving money, in like 10-15 years, but are happy it's 'not as bad here as in other countries' (spreading fear from the media works, I guess) and just do what everybody does, get a job, get a loan, make kids, have a beer on Friday's, repeat. Now in our mid 30's they have no time or energy and just keep doing what they're doing... I've seen them all gradually change into the same empty shell (with voting rights!) Prices basically 20fold since the introduction of the euro and now that most of our parents are retiring they recieve hardly any pension (free broken back included) and as long as they have something or somebody to point the finger they will continue doing the same shit over and over.. they're all blind and distracted... unfortunately a total collapse of the system would be the best thing for everyone.

The original gets the point across in a much clearer way, I like the r1 artstyle though 🫡

When i was a kid, each country had their own currency (and culture, language,...) which makes it hard to controll(devalue) unlike now with the euro... don't think of it like the United States of Europe. Its not better.

All EU countries had to vote for national (local, regional) and european elections

Nathalie Wood after a pie fight while filming The Great Race, 1961

The pie fight scene in the royal bakery was filmed over five days in 1964. The first pastry thrown was part of a large cake decorated for the king's coronation. Following this was the throwing of 4,000 pies, the most pies ever filmed in a pie fight. The scene lasts four minutes and twenty seconds and cost $200,000 to shoot; $18,000 just for the pastry.

Colorful cream pies with fillings such as raspberry, strawberry, blueberry and lemon were used. For continuity between days of shooting, the actors were photographed at the end of each day and then made up the following morning to have the same colorful appearance, the same smears of pie crust and filling.

Edwards told the cast that a pie fight by itself is not funny, so to make it funny they would build tension by having the hero, dressed all in white, fail to get hit with any pies. He said, "The audience will start yearning for him to get it". Finally, the hero was to take a pie in the face at "just the right moment".

Shooting was halted while the actors took the weekend off. Over the weekend, the pie residue spoiled all over the scenery. When the actors returned Monday morning, the set reeked so badly that the building required a thorough cleaning and large fans to blow out the sour air. The missing pie residue was carefully recreated with more pies, and shooting resumed.

At first, the actors had fun with the pie fight assignment, but eventually the process grew wearisome and dangerous. Wood choked briefly on pie filling which hit her open mouth. Lemmon reported that he got knocked out a few times; he said, "a pie hitting you in the face feels like a ton of cement". At the end of shooting, when Edwards called "cut!", he was barraged with several hundred pies that members of the cast had hidden, waiting for the moment.

An average of 4.5$ each pie, filled with fruit! what a dream 😍 #bitcoin fixes this?

My god and for sure they're gonna twist things so people believe it to be 'only normal'

You had me there for a second! 😵 I'm sure Christine and her clowns would love to be able to do this..

Just had a look at my message history and found this picture showing my location at that time 🤣

Including is my moms work.

She's been an artist and had a passion for painting, drawing and decoration since she was very young, creating beauty.

Due to life's struggles it hasn't always been a priority and now she's close to retirement, she hopes to rediscover her passion and a loving likeminded community, who knows, in time, maybe with some extra income.

The recognition alone would mean the world to her and possibly grow her confidence a bit more, If liked, i could share some of her early works (oil paintings, drawings) which I have seen around my whole life and are absolutely gorgeous.

She has the biggest heart and has always helped others more then herself, but to be recognised and to show her she also brings value to the world would no doubt lift her spirit and mean the world to her(and me).

I personally dedicate my life to #bitcoin and (in time, not smart enough yet) #nostr just so I can hopefully free her from the fiat stress which beautiful hearts like hers shouldn't be a victim of especially after a life of work and stress doing the right thing, helping others.

Who knows what i would've become without her.., anyways...

I did ask her permission to share them here and even though she doesn't rly get it, she supports btc, nostr and freedomtech too!

Unlikely she's looking to charge anyone for these specific paintings as long as we can safely send them to people who would value them for what they are. (coming from europe)

I'll also included something unfinished for the #catstr lovers out there 😅

Bitcoin and nostr give us back freedom to live as we please, share, grow, learn and evolve.

She wanted me to end with this,

'Be compassionate, give and follow your heart.

~Laurent.'

'They', are the few who know exactly what's been going on and still decide to do it for their own greed at the cost of many.

You're not wrong.

#bitcoin will bring peace ❤️
