I think the counter-argument would be that your vote does not actually have any real impact anyway. It is merely an illusion that it will and one that keeps the current political parties in power.
Not that I agree with that but a I think what is posted here is not a particularly good argument for voting.

Just had a look at the latest Presidential race polling. It seems the two candidates are within the margin of error in most of the battleground states.
What this means of course is that whomever is declared the loser will start claiming the “election was stolen” again.
But what is really happening is that since neither candidate is any real good, it is being decided by random occurrences.
