I think some people here confuse censorship-resistant for a lack of enforcing social norms. Nostr is resistant to censorship from a government. It doesn’t mean social norms won’t be enforced. Say or post fucked up things and decent people will not abide that.
It’s drawn wherever it’s most convenient to them. It can be capriciously changed as well. We know that.
