I went back to strength training again this morning. I trained in the backyard, right before sunrise and too warm temperatures. It was really nice! I also resubscribed to #applefitnessplus and I have gotta say that these trainings and coaches are really good. This is a great complementary training alongside all the running I am doing these days. #sport
I have a race coming up on Sunday. The second for the year. I prepared for it way more casually than the first one in April, yet this is going to be the hardest elevation-wise. But feeling pumped for it and this last run with a wee bit of elevation was a real confidence booster! 🔥🔥🔥💪🏼

Went on another big hike two days ago. It is the highest point we can hike to nearby. It was a 20-km long hike, 1500m elevation climb (4921ft) with the highest point culminating at 2926m (9599ft).
Ran all the way back down and it was amazing! 🤩🔥🔥

Just started a trial with iA Presenter which has such a nice concept! I am not sure I have a place for it in my life since most of the presentations I do are in my workplace with a lot of constraints around all of this.
