Ever since Twitter "died", I uninstalled X from my phone. Still log in once a week or so on PC to see what my internet friends are up to, but overall I find I don't miss it as much as I thought I would have.

Definitely way less doom scrolling in my life lately and a positive impact to my mental health.

It's jarring to unplug, but somehow feels like it's the right thing.
