Sleep Apnea is a result of fatty tongue/inflammation clogging your airways.

All carbohydrates increase inflammation since all plants contain defense chemicals designed to fuck you up.

If you or someone you know has Sleep Apnea, the answer is to eat the natural human diet: carnivore. IE the most anti-inflammatory diet on earth.

Don't be shocked when your CPAP machine ends up in the trash in a matter of weeks. #meatstr

Federation is becoming a real buzzword imo. It's moving to the 'cloud' landscape as well to compete the hyperscalers (Google, AWS and Azure).

As example, look at this new EU initiative called IPCEI CIS https://ec.europa.eu/commission/presscorner/detail/en/ip_23_6246

There is a Dutch internet service / cloud provider working on a technical implementation (a networking protocol) to exchange data between servers. The project is called ECOFED.

Is there a discussion in the Nostr commutity how relays could 'federate' events? I would like to research that a bit more :) I think it's worth it to consider a common community consenses on the topic 'federation' between Nostr relays. Could it make the Nostr network more resilient? When some technical IT networking guru asks me why Nostr relays don't transmit data between each other...I just don't know or have any good answer for him.

That's the opposite of why Nostr was started I believe.
