I think it's time to re-focus on bitcoin only, it's not perfect, but the further you get away from it, the more you smell shit.

Europol data breach by IntelBroker.

IntelBroker asks Europol to make them a ransom offer in $XMR ONLY. #Monero #XMR

Just for information, the monero contributor called "tevador" has already laid some foundations to prepare monero for the arrival of quantum. Monero is not entirely resilient at present, the article by quantum researchers is long but interesting to read.

According to a study published by quantum researchers, monero has some resistance to quantum and the PoW RandomX algorithm created by monero is the only system without vulnerability to this among all existing algorithms!! #Monero #XMR https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2590005621000138

FYI

False alarm 😂

I often hear this: "#Monero #XMR could only be useful if government surveillance became more and more out of control, otherwise this coin is useless."

Even though I know we're heading in this direction, this is absurd, you don't need this to happen to stop being spied on and harassed.

I'm not sure I understand what this means, can you explain?

Finding someone like seedsigner and his team of contributors is a goldmine, I would love to see them work for monero as well but I think there is literally no chance of that happening.

nostr:npub1l2xfcjd8k5l3c6mkpd95uptdnxcqw5yms0pz57l7v46qzgdju0msy96ndl any updates on monerosigner software? Is that done yet?

Tbh, it's already been several months since I was supposed to receive a beta version of the software but the developer hasn't responded to my messages for a while now, I saw on github that they are recently working on the implementation of polyseed. As weird as it may sound, I'm closer to seedsigner than monerosigner.

Works on basicswapdex, but not very user-friendly yet, I think the integration on samuraiwallet and mysu will be easier to use, there is also a SeraiDEX which should arrive soon, a decentralized exchange which works with liquidity pools.

One of the main reasons for the power of atomic swaps is that it relies entirely on code, with no middleman between you and your interlocutor, let it spread! #Monero #XMR

Build a space of freedom in this hell. #Monero #XMR

Happy new year to all! FYI the migration from monerotime.store to xmrstreet.store was completed successfully, everything is up and running. I also changed my Nostr username from @MoneroTime to @XmrStreet!🥂

In october 2018 since the bulletproofs deployment, a zero-knowledge proof system, the size of an average xmr transaction has dropped by at least 80%, as well as the transaction fees.

Tx fees now around ~$0.01

Tx size is now ~1.53KB

Since 2020, we have moved to bulletproof+ (improved version), and bulletproof++ is currently being formalized in the pipeline. While some are just starting to hear about zero-knowledge proof in 2023/2024.

We're one step ahead bruhh

No

A solution like LN is the way to go in my opinion, let's hope it improves.
