Chirp chirp, on my mission to deliver messages!

Thanks for your feedback! 🐦🐦

Right now I have a very loose "subscription model" if you want to schedule posts more than 7 days ahead or you already scheduled 10 posts you would get a popup, but you also have a "use for free" button. So anybody can basically use the app for free without limit.

At this stage I would prefer people to feel free experiment with it, and have donations from users genuinely interested in support the development.

Technically .... If we assume if Nostr in 2140 will be retrocompatible with today's AND the DVM will still alive by that year 🤣

Well, we made it possible to self-host it easily. in the client you can just type your own hosted DVM pubkey!

So, yeah selfhosting is as always encouraged.

That being said, we implemented it in a way that all requests between user and DVM are encypted and wrapped (NIP44+NIP59), so for lesser technical users it might sense to make use of our DVM.

Hello nostr 🕊️ we are Pidgeon!

a privacy first scheduler for Nostr.

Write now and post later. All traffic between you and us is encrypted so third parties cannot tell you scheduled.

You can even run your own DVM and point the app to it.

try it at https://pidgeon.lol

Code is publicly available at https://github.com/MaviLabArt/Pidgeon

Feedbacks are welcome, so we can improve together 😀

Thanks for trying it out!

Not at all, we went to great lengths in order to make it as private and secure as possible 😁

Basically schedule requests are NIP44 and gift wrapped requests to a DVM (of course broadcasted over nostr).

If you are interested in the details, here there is a write up:
