Crypto and liberty. Living on crypto since 2015. Free State Project mover, content creator at Digital Cash Network, writer for Human Events .

Being a man can mean being invisible. But that can actually be pretty nice.

I bet you didn't know that MasterCard unveiled a carbon footprint tracker in 2021. 😱Ever single transaction you ever make is tracked and judged.

We need private uncensorable digital money, now!

While crypto people fight endlessly over semantics such as the Bitcoin name, the real world just cares if it works, whether it's the orange coin with the lighting bolt in El Salvador or the green one in St. Kitts.

Looks like Chuck largely agrees with me on Coinbase's new Ethereum L2. Does anyone disagree that it's a last-ditch survival effort?

It's impressive how not only did a decentralized network invest in companies, but so far they've performed quite well, even with a skeleton crew of volunteers.

At this point, I think liberty in our lifetime is inevitable.

I use Dash as I live entirely off crypto since 2015 and Lightning wasn't a thing until recently.

I use THORChain to swap between tokens and earn yield.

I use Zcash for privacy.

I use Polygon for NFTs.

I use LBRY for decentralized content hosting.

I'm convinced that no crypto project that doesn't have privacy and programmability will survive long-term.

A lot of people I know use Edge, and if so, please update ASAP 🙏

You know the drill: when Chuck is on the show, you tune in.

I ran an Umbrel node for a few months, once I got through some bugs it was pretty great as far as nodes go.

I think the Phoenix model is the best trade-off. We need many competitors with a similar model to avoid centralization.

But more importantly, we need to stop promoting these inferior alternatives (Muun, WoS, Blue, etc. etc.). I think too often people promoted them because they were easy to use, and didn't care about decentralization.
