But alas today's steps were a rainy one. I think just for the morning and we should have some sun by the afternoon.
The week is going by at lightning speed. So be sure sure to take moments throughout your day to simply appreciate a deep fresh breath of air and maybe a little music. That's my plan.

It could have been worse. Tenant was home and shut the water off before to much damage was done. But a 4 hour project I didn't budget for this morning.
Kicking myself in the butt. I'm going to pick one up in the am. I expect I'll be paying the premium suckers price.
That moment right after you break out all the holiday trimmings from cold storage. To realize that you threw out the old Christmas tree last year, intending to buy a new on sale after the holidays.
But you totally forgot and didn't replace it.

Pretty sure I'm not going to make it to the end.
But it feels good to have it happening right now.

When I was a youngster and working 80 hour weeks. I couldn't care for my dogs responsibly so they stayed with family 2-3 hours away.
So for mental therapy, I volunteered my time to walk dogs at a shelter that was about 30 minutes away from the office. It felt good. I always chose the ones that no one else could manage.
Sometimes I feel like those walks were more beneficial to me then they were to the dogs I walked.

My mini me got a #dogstr when she was but a month old. That dog lived to be 17.5 years old. The oldest living dog I've ever had. She was devastated when her end came. I recommend it to every new parents.
In the past I've experienced Global as a pioneer might experience venturing Westward (America) in the 1870's. But my #nostr time has been been short. So I've focused mainly on my feed. Perhaps this weekend we shall explore a bit.
