All seems to tie in nicely with people gobekli tepe and Graham Hancock's ideas too. With some of the oldest constructions being the most impressive.

The property taxes are small in relation to the value of the overall value of the property. Typically the increase in value outpaces the expense so the asset holder generally doesn't sell.
If you are saving to buy a house and renting you still have to pay the property tax but you don't have the asset. So increasing the taxes won't help the person saving but won't really affect the house owner unless they fall into the category of asset rich and cash poor which are usually just old retired people on a budget.
The only way you could tax people and have it work is via some tax multiplier for each property you own. However people would just spin up a company for each property to avoid the issue.
How do you ensure property is used effectively? In the U.K you used to be able to squat a residential house. If you didn't force entry and you kept it for 7 year or so without objection it was yours. It wasn't a perfect system in the modern age but atleast it was there until pig fiddling David Cameron who earnt more as a landlord than a Prime Minister decided to make it illegal.

I have no idea about raising pigs but the Gloucester Old Spot is such a good bred for eating 😁. It's starting to made a come back here recently but considering I almost live in Gloucestershire it should never been considered a rare breed in the first place. Hopefully I can have some running through an orchard one day 🙂

No looks good though. https://chileflora.com is another useful one for hard to find seeds from Chile. They have such a wide range of climates and unique flora it's worth researching if there are seeds you can import. Got some macqui berry seeds from there hopefully they will be fruiting next year.
Depends on your terms when do you need to pay it back and what is the interest rate but I would seriously consider taking the money and put it all in Bitcoin 😁.
That's the approach I took in the end. If we can get them to set up a mainchain wallet we can always help them with the other stuff later. It's important to remember how confusing this can be to begin with 😁
