Let's say we get to the point the sha256 algo is under the threat of cryptographic advancement with the quantum tech 1 mil coins in the wallet of Satoshi will become the biggest honeypot in the history of human race.
With nation states heavily invested in Bitcoin by then, the race will be to find a reasonable way of protecting those coins from the quantum hackers
The World War III will be about protecting Satoshi stack between quantum savy nations and preludium to that will be a global hash war for every million sats out there.
The game theory at play imho will be to protect it rather than move it, in the same way it is better to join the network as a miner rather than fighting it with 51% attack and loosing all the energy iinvested
