I don't know about other clients, as I only use Amethyst. Twitter by default shows "for you" feed based on its recommendation algorithm, which mixes in content from outside following list. Amethyst defaults to showing only content that you are following. It's hard to reach outside one's followers this way, especially when one has very few, like me.

You are one of my only followers who actually uses Nostr. Any friends I managed to get here don’t post. They stay on FB except for rare moments in the beginning.

Have any of you tried an NAD+ IV treatment and, if so, was it worth it?

I haven’t done that but I use glutathione powder in an atomizer when I feel run down.

I mix some bulk glutathione powder with a small amount of baking soda and some distilled water. Some people make suppositories but the nebulizer technique is easier.

I’m not keen on chronic use of antioxidants but it’s great having options.

One of the greatest things about Nostr is that spam bots use zaps to spam you. You receive real money to get spammed. Zap-spam me harder, I say.

I haven’t got that. What’s you trick? 😂

I’ve seen this in WFs in the Seattle area for awhile but they are doing a big roll out. I imagine the marketing department got an influencer to do this annoying omg-over-the-top short. Isn’t she just the perfect little cutie to make it look safe and effective - and you too can have that purse. 🙄
