If you want to lose or gain weight, your first nutritional priority should be to increase your protein intake to AT LEAST 0.8 grams per pound of bodyweight (or for losing weight, per pound of goal weight).

It’ll improve your recovery, increase muscle synthesis, and fill you up more.
