Patagonia Autumn | Lago Espejo Chico | Argentina
There aren’t many batter places for a photography nerd like me than Patagonia in Autumn. The playful yellow and red colours of the trees. The dramatic snow capped mountains, doing their dance with the clouds almost like bull fighter with his bull. What more can I say, Patagonia at this time of year is just magical. The place is just scattered with amazing photo opportunity around every corner. All I have to do: is be there, frame the shot, and press the button. I guess this is how I perform my dance with the elements, just like how the mountain peaks that tower above me, take the clouds for a spin.

I had been hiking for 4 days at this point (See The Southern Patagonian Ice Field) . I had finally reached the Argentinian Immigration Office located in the little farm on the shores of Lake Desierto. The same farm that doubles as a campsite for hikers and campers alike. Like me they arrive here after their multi day hike across the border from Chile. What lies before my eyes as the Argentinian Immigration Officer greets me is this stunning view. The view of Monte Fitz Roy, perhabs the most legendary mountain of all Patagonia.
Safe to say I knew I had to get up early the next morning to make a photo of Monte Fitz Roy at Sunrise, before setting off on my last day of hiking to the other end of Lake Desierto. To my long awaited reencounter with civilisation.

Hard to know for sure, but makes sense that Hitler himself would have escaped when a lot of the top people in the Nazi regime did.
The DNA test on the body that the Soviets claimed to be Hitler, didn't match with Hitler DNA when the Soviet Union fell.
Hitler and the Nazi other top Nazis escaped to Argentina (Peron wanted their intelligence) ->Soviets didn't want to loose face so they claimed they had Hitler's body -> Churchill didn't believe them, but spread the word to establish calm and stability in Europe -> Hitler + Nazi elites planned their 4th reich and tried to influence politics in South America, eventually in the 70'ties Military dictatorships came to power in both Argentina and Chile (where the Nazis were living)
