确实有多个版本的问题导致 id不一样就不是同一个event了。真要做 聊天或者媒体系统，时间是必须的阿。很多媒体截图，时间都是关键因素。
客户端的代码填写的，但是你可以自己写客户端阿。
nostr 协议里created_at 是客户端自己填写的时间，理论上这是有bug的。应该由服务器来填写，否则用户可以伪造发帖时间。
