Happy Saturday. Went back on “X” for a bit to see how things are… 🤮
Being honest, I do like using Nostr a lot more. I’ve had a much more enjoyable experience and also just not seeing a lot of noise is helpful.
I stopped caring about politics (for the most part) as I realized that there’s only so much a person can do, and I stopped worrying about the markets because I’ve opted out… Overall, my experience with NOSTR has been almost another “opt out” form from trad social media.
NOSTR ain’t perfect. Nothing ever is, but I’m really digging the experience more so than I thought.
May hang out on X/Twitter a little bit longer… maybe the rest of 2023… but definitely considering consolidating it all to just NOSTR.
Even my newsletter that’s on Substack… But still thinking…
Have a great weekend. ✌️
What about just using your Bitcoin as money and living with your means?
Just watched. Great doc!
The Smith Machine was almost unforgivable though...
Still, worth the sats. Solid work mate!
Who's using Blue Sky?
Next leg of my digital nomad journey begins in two weeks.
Back home to swap out some gear, recalibrate, and starting to position the family for potentially a year (or more) of living abroad.

Go see Florida. Nashville is Assville.
Chatting with Mrs Passenger this morning about how useless LinkedIn has been for me in the 14 years that I've been on it... When we got back, I just did a thing.
Reject ET props. lol
Dude! This looks EPIC!
Everywhere has started blocking VPNs.

Digital nomad journey (part 1) is complete. Back state side. BIG reverse culture shock.
Learned a lot about Bitcoin usage on a global level.
Living on Bitcoin will be back soon. Writing up new articles.

I dont get it...
Bitcoin is money. You can use it today. Why is it that it always comes down to "One day...Some day..."
Future is now.
Living on Bitcoin (Japan edition) tip:
You can buy a QUO Pay card from Bitrefill which works at over 60,000 stores in Japan.
The card comes in two denominations: ¥5,000 and ¥10,000 ($30 and $60).
If you're a reasonable spender, this is more than enough for the week.
The QUO Pay works like a norm Visa card at the select stores; all you do is show the QR code at chrck out.
The Visa prepaid I got from The BTC Co didn't always work. You have to make sure you get the international Visa prepaid, however, sometimes your device might get flagged and you won't be able to use the card at all. Happened twice to me.
QUO card was the better option with the least amountnof friction.
