Trying to do keto since many years, the one-month mark to me is without doubt a great point in the journey but what about 10 years? What about not quite getting into ketosis for months on end, so essentially eating tons of fat and 100g of carbs every day? Does that turn the diet into something worse than trying to cut calories on a SAD?

my observation:

starting to eat meat only -> you feel bad

going back to veggie only -> you feel bad

just maybe, like always, the middle path is the best path?

keeping the balance is the real challange in life.

but for sure: refined/highly processed food makes you feel sick and most likely makes you sick too

I enjoyed it, liked the editing, just one important thing:

main comparison throughout the story is between only meat and unhealthy industrial processed food, not between only meat and a diet with unprocessed healthy different food groups.

So it's enjoyable but that was the turn off for me.

One more thing: tbo out of all the people featured, Paul looks the best :)).

never felt better.

Inspired by a friend 2 years in and another 9 years in. Both look amazing.

I'm tunning up flights of stairs I struggled up a year ago. I changed nothing but my diet.

I had started looking around at others my age, and was thinking, this is it, this is life now...? we're so blinded by consumerism.

Food is entertainment now, not survival.

Get back to basics, you'll feel amazing. It certainly simplifies things, no wondering what to craft the next meal out of, no hunger pains, no bullshit.

Animals are the way, most everything out there is filler. at the very least, eat "real" food made at home with quality ingredients.

It gets easier bu the day.

Be a warrior.

Don't get complacent.

This is the way

Carnivore is the best.

I'm on a low carb/keto diet and it has transformed my health for the better in a major way and this diet is against the recommendation from so called "health professionals" I no longer trust the medical establishment blindly and now question everything. They want us sick, it's how they make money.

So much food bought off the shelves in stores these days are full of chemicals and poisons. Most of the general public is completely oblivious to this as they don't read labels or ingredients.

I was on the ketogenic diet for two years - what a great time. Actually I'm not fully keto, maybe in some weeks 😊😊😊

Great job? I only don’t understand why vegetables might be bad. Like, why would a carnivore avoid a steak salad that’s just lettuce, olive oil, and streak if you crave that? I understand you don’t NEED the lettuce, but is it somehow bad for you?
