Usually, true. I've been lucky enough to work for employers over the years that mostly DO seem to be interested in taking care of me. The very few times when they clearly stopped increasing my pay or taking care of benefits, I moved on. If more people did that, we might not need unions but I can appreciate why they're needed... but then the unions can be just as bad (or worse) than an uncaring company. I've seen that too.

It's an appropriate name, at least. Everything on Tiktok is a form of rotting. I'm becoming convinced that anybody still on Tiktok has got to be clinically stupid.
