If nostr was nothing more than just nostr:nprofile1qqs83nn04fezvsu89p8xg7axjwye2u67errat3dx2um725fs7qnrqlgzqtdq0 alone, do you know how freaking cool it is to have a bootstrapped Play Store alternative with multiple main apps being signed by their own developers? This isn't to downplay any of the work on notes or any of the other stuff being worked on but man #nostr changes things on so many levels.

Amethyst Recap: the coolest new features in Amethyst's massive update today.
Amethyst now supports blossom media servers. That means, if you're running a #haven relay, you can now host your own media on your own blossom server. Just plug in your relay's URL and you're set.

Amethyst also included a new Around Me feed. This allows you to find content in your geographic region. You can find this via the feed drop down menu.
Lastly, Amethyst added Olas integration. The old stories/images/video section now integrates with Olas by using NIP-20.
This means if you post an image or video on nostr:nprofile1qqs04xzt6ldm9qhs0ctw0t58kf4z57umjzmjg6jywu0seadwtqqc75sprfmhxue69uhhq7tjv9kkjepwve5kzar2v9nzucm0d5hsz9mhwden5te0wfjkccte9ec8y6tdv9kzumn9wshszynhwden5te0wp6hyurvv4cxzeewv4esdp32r9's Instagram clone, Olas, the content will show up on this section on Amethyst. And vice versa, if you use this section to post images and videos, they will show up inside Olas.

The hope is that the RP2350 microcontroller will be an easier platform on which to port SeedSigner to MicroPython. Getting us onto a microcontroller (while still fully supporting the original Pi Zero hardware/codebase, of course!) will open up some huge new possibilities.

Once you are able to port seedsigner to rpi pico will it be easier to go from there to a ESP32? does the pico have wifi built in?

A good strategy would be to promote nostr to people who don't like elon musk or mark zuckerberg. It's a shame though because I personally like them both.
