I've decided to take the longer route with the doc, meaning that I'm including more detailed information and exploring the topic more thoroughly. I believe that the right audience will appreciate this approach and be able to absorb all of the information. I'm not trying to dumb down the content to appeal to a wider audience; instead, I'm focusing on explaining it in a way that is interesting and understandable to those who are genuinely interested in #nostr. My priority is to create a high-quality documentary that accurately reflects the values and appeals to those who want to learn more about it.

Marinated half as long. 12 hours vs 24 on the first batch.

Smoked slightly lower temp 180 vs 200 and pulled from smoker after an hour forty five.

Went sweeter and spicier on this batch. 1/3 cup sugar and 5x the amount of ghost pepper and reaper sauce.

This is pretty close to perfection for me 9.5/10
