I would call it refollow.nostr.com
I have been telling people to use https://metadata.nostr.com/ to recover lost follow lists, but when I tried to use it I learned it isn't very good for that, so I wrote https://follows.nostr.com/, which focuses on just that one thing and hopefully does it well enough.

It takes a bit of time and a little look to figure things out in order to comprehend the greater picture. Even if canβt make a proper decision at the beginning, in the end there could be better results when least expected.
