My proof of work for 2025:
Running for 1'251 km with 54'907 meters of climb.
Swimming for 133.5 km.
124 Paraglider flights, of which 120 were RunAndFly.
8 weeks without flying, 4 week without sport.
The last 4 weeks of the year I wasn't doing anything.
My resolution for 2026:
Recover from the dislocated ankle and broken leg, and get into physical shape again.
