idk if it's some new shit in pulseaudio, i'm running zorin 17.2, based on ubuntu 22.04 and yesterday i think there was an update in pulseaudio shit somewhere and it looks like for my system the timer scheduling is bugged and i was getting constant dropouts every 4 seconds or so

disabling tsched fixed it

Off and on but not that one specifically.
well you know of another one that causes an annoyance... periodic dropouts are horrible
