F-droid has FLOSS authenticators for Android. GNOME has one for desktop. https://search.f-droid.org/?q=authenticator&lang=en and https://gitlab.gnome.org/World/Authenticator

I didn't see a bunch of the existing responses when I wrote this. I am not sure how to see them other than going to the web and checking several sites or waiting.
