But still there is a multitude of real opensource licenses. There are licenses, that gives opportunity to use it within a propriatary project. Other licenses force every fork to republish it under the same license. Best check out the FSF webpage to read more about it.
So maby you can explain first the expressions above and then rewrite what license has not been respected or abused?
Ah, NVK is maker of Coldcard hardware wallet. Their code was fully OSS
The people at Foundation forked their code and made a better version of their HWW.
NVK called them commies and made the license source *viewable*, forbidding commercial use.
They used to call it open source for a while after that even though it was not.
