seems funny to me that even gossip can't find some of these notes y'all replyin' to. shouldn't be possible... unlesssssss, you're using some awful blastr software.

Authors of clients should be like hawks watching for this issue and either fix it on their end or call out the other client that's at fault.

for some reason nosflare seems to be blasting at my relays 24/7

It's probably the "send it" version, which is a separate relay as `wss://sendit.nosflare.com`

I could exclude nostr.land if you like. It's using nip66 for relay discovery so if a relay is shown as online it'll try it, in case someone is subscribed to one of the paid relays

Ah no need to exclude. Just thought that the standard Nosflare one did blasting for free users as well which sounded odd.

Even then, clients have 15 different ways to find events and should just fallback, fallback, fallback until something sticks.
