You mean the LNURL decoder? I don't know where the code is, maybe it's on lnurl-playground on my GitHub somewhere.

But you could write that yourself in 2 seconds.

I think nostr:npub1c878wu04lfqcl5avfy3p5x83ndpvedaxv0dg7pxthakq3jqdyzcs2n8avm has an alternative version hosted somewhere on LNbits.
