I only have exactly one channel. But after looking up how many Euros I need to match my channel with Fishcake - which is ~120€ - I don't think I have the resources for that yet...

IMO minimum 1m sats. Anything less is too expensive to maintain (opening and closing fees) with very little benefit.
1m to 10m per channel is a good target.
Then again is depends on what you want to do with your lightning node.
If you open a smaller channel use it to learn more about lightning, play around, be reckless. From that perspective the maintenance cost is worth the investment.

Holy... o.o People have that much spare money to spend on this? Thats... Excuse me, but thats an absolute ton, wow.
Guess I'll stick to having but a single channel then ^^; Most I could fund my node with is like 30 €. Wow...
Some people use Bitcoin as money not merely as something to buy for spare money ;)
