It's not true. There isn't a single piece of evidence of censorship resistance.

You might as well claim that rsync is resistant to censorship. Since no one has tested it, it must be true.

I'm not going to argue this point because (1) I didn't understand the OP and I thought his post was accidentally missing context, so I thought my reply would be funny and not starting a debate and (2) you know what I mean.
