we at openai have responsibility for the tools we put out into the world, i think the tools themselves can't have responsibility, in a way i understand it. "wow. so you carry some of that burden, that responsibility." yes. all of us at the company. "so there could be harm caused, by this tool." there will be harm caused by this tool. there will be harm. there will be tremendous benefits. but, you know, tools do, wonderful good, and real, bad. and we will minimize the bad and maximize the good.
