It only happened that way because I run a cloud server with btcpay and DNS for my LNURL.
Most people here, as well as myself the majority of the time, have third party, centralized services to provide LNURL.
This is just one example of something BOLT12 fixes without a third party.
But also thank you for the sats and this is awesome 😆 … but BOLT12 would still be a substantial improvement for UX
