My 2 sats... I paid mine with my Bitcoin card and I couldn't care less if the merchant receives euro, dollar, yen or any other "local currency". It's just a forex aka "foreign exchange"

You can pay almost everywhere with Bitcoin and it doesn't matter which currency the merchant receives. Same as it doesn't matter when you travel from the US to the UK, swipe your card, pay in USD and the merchant receives GBP.

No it does matter, quite a lot to be fair. This guy didn't get Bitcoin at all.

It doesn't. It's just a currency but you're oc entitled to have your own opinion

What card is that? I would like a bitcoin only card that’s easy to use. Had the coinbase card and ledger CL card before, don’t want to support CB anymore and the ledger card is a bit of a hustle to load.

That one is from Revolut. I used to have the Binance card which was the best thing in my entire time in Bitcoin. Unfortunately they've lost their EU processor some time last year thanks to Ursula and her friends. Also have the Crypto .com card.

Yeah I also had the Binance card for a while. I would like to see something like the foldapp here in EU. Or that strike would do something like it now when they are in europe.
