Nice, somehow I add it already bookmarked. However mobile view hide the title, you must enable desktop view (or use a proper desktop PC) to use the website.

People needs to use Bitcoin without knowing they use Bitcoin. Like they use TCP/IP without knowing they use it.

We needs apps and services that looks like what they are using today with banks and cards.

Anyone must be able to show up in any shop and restaurant anywhere in the world, get the amount to pay on a terminal, pass a card or their phone on the terminal, and it's paid (+PIN or biometric unlock for amount above a chosen limit).

No need to ask : can I pay in Bitcoin ? do you support Lightning/Liquid ? What is it in sats ? Which app is compatible ?...

You show up, need to pay, 99% of the time it works without asking questions. Not being able to pay in Bitcoin should be the rare exception like today the cash only place or card only place (depending on your country).

It's not uncommon but not the norm either. Majority of people are still looking to retire as soon as they can afford it without stepping down their comfort. Some love their job so much and don't know what else to do that they continue but it's really an exception in my opinion.

Also there have been proof that the earlier you retire the longer your life expectancy is. Thus it might be biased as richer can afforded earlier retirement, better food and have access to better treatment (depending on the country) to help them having more chances to live older.

"Celebrates drop to 2% inflation". Unless there is negative inflation every year for at least a decade there is nothing to celebrate.

It's like if a country in a war would say : we celebrate a drop of 5% in the number of people killed in our war, down to 95'000 this year. There is still 195k people killed in the last 2 years and no way to bring them back.

We will never regain the puchasing power of the 70s, we will never be able to buy a decent house in a good area that worth 2-3 years of average salary with a couple month worth salary as down payment.

We just get fucked deeper at a slower pace, but we get fucked deep by gouvernements no matter what, as long as they control our money.

GM and Happy Christmas

But these are everything I love in life and make me less stressful.

Peak activity at 10pm ? Sound totally like me. Problem is until 9.30-10pm I have no time to do thing I want to, so of course I'm at peak when I do thing I enjoy the most. The very rate times I'm alone at home and not working on my fiat job, I can do shitload of stuff I like in a day. But normal day I have to work until 5.30 it 6pm, then take care of kids, homework, housework, cooking, cleaning, preparing next day, so I'm only free to do stuff alone late. And weekend I enjoy my free day time with my family.

What is not great with Sync ? The protocol? The reliability ? UX ?

To be honest I don't use it anymore as I run my own nextcloud and sync from it, but Nextcloud is really below in term of efficiency and reliability to sync and even one way back, especially for large folders like the camera one.

I almost hesitate to setup again Syncthing at least for photo and large data backup between devices. What I love is that it's supported on Linux, Windows, MacOS, Android, iOS, many NAS OS...

I almost never user Keet beside at Tether's Plan โ‚ฟ conference, but it looks far from polished, far from universally supported. And if it's not even open source yet, what's the point of bothering ?

I haven't watch live TV for years. But it could be interesting to have it loaded in Kodi just in case there is a need to whatch live news or when you have kids at home that want to watch cartoon.

So he uses fiat basically with extra steps. Not using fiat would be to live only from merchants who accept Bitcoin (or his shitcoin) directly. I bet he would never commit to that.

That's why I retired as well, before even starting.

Honestly thus, I would not be comfortable showing my face to millions of strangers where statistically you will end up having a "fan" that goes crazy and start stalking you and harassing you or criminal coming for your money and taking you or your family in hostage.

Still I'm happy that the ScreenTeam are back ! But they are coming from far on this.

Step 0: ensure your backups are done properly as it should if not backup your data properly.

Step 1: Download rufus

Step 2: Download Ubuntu

Step 3: Create a USB boot drive

Step 4: Start the boot drive

Step 5: Follow instructions to install Ubuntu on the whole SSD drive.

Step 6: Enjoy Linux

Step 7: optional, figure out after some time using Linux if another distro might be better for you.

Too soon. Maybe in 1 year but I doubt.

Come on, Bitcoin had is moment, we had opportunities to stack at lower price and to take profite at ATH if required/wished.

Stack and be patient is the only sure way.

Dans NewPipe/Tubular c'est aussi pรฉnible, si il y a une solution dans ce cas je suis prรฉneur รฉgalement.

Is it naka.com ? The one making these strange payment cards that were given for free at some Bitcoin events like Lugano Planโ‚ฟ?
