Not a secret and not that exciting.

High protein, low carbs every time I eat.

Gym 3-4x a week. A good portion of time is swimming laps.

It’s a lifestyle change and have to be obsessed with it.

Also calorie deficit at least half the days.

Stay fit !!!! Forever... you never know when you will need to run... as i like to say... 💪✨️🥳😁
