Switching from carnivore to high carb was the biggest change, but we'll worth it. My testosterone dropped from mid 550ng/dL to 250 after 2 months of trying to cut on low carb.
Switching to high carb boosted my T to over 1000, and has helped out with muscle growth while burning fat. It's crazy that I did that while in a fucking 800+ calorie deficit!
My body has gone into total recomposition mode. My trainer has been so helpful getting through it all!
