There are many different apps to use. Take a look at https://www.nostrapps.com to get an idea. I'm sure you'll find one of them easy to use.

Good luck. Nostr is still in its infancy and may require a bit more persitence and patience than some others; but nostr is worth the effort. It is the only social network that nobody owns, nor ever can own.
